We take both a preventative and a proactive approach to safety.
Our preventative approach requires our employees and our teaming partners’ employees to be trained in the tasks that they are performing, and to wear appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid injury. Our engineering, construction management and support services teams are trained in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
This training and certification helps prevent injury, and ensures that all employees working on our projects are able to identify and prevent unsafe conditions before accidents occur. We maintain these activities through our extensive corporate-wide health and safety programme, regular updating of our company safety policy, and dedicated health and safety personnel.

Our proactive approach to safety means that our designated health and safety personnel develop project- and site-specific safety policies in conjunction with the corporate safety policy, and conduct routine audits of our worksites to ensure that our safety procedures are in place and functioning as intended.
We also take steps to ensure that supervisors and all employees maintain proper procedures while performing tasks, and our supervisors are all well-versed in emergency procedures in addition to being offered first aid and CPR training.
